Over four decades, John Richard Bray has served on a Chapter executive as treasurer and secretary, and on several sub committees and task forces while a member of Professional Engineers Ontario. As a member of its Complaints Committee, he is able to understand and deconstruct complex problems which has led to improved regulatory compliance in several sectors.
