Alan Clark is dedicated to developing, preserving and supporting the Scottish cultural arts in eastern Ontario through his volunteer work with the Glengarry Pipe Band, the Windsor Police Pipe Band and the Pipers’ and Pipe Band Society of Ontario. His determination, personal commitment and professionalism have promoted Scottish culture throughout many communities.
