Brian Soehner has been volunteering with the 1st Elmira Scouts Group since 1970, sharing his experience with and passion for the outdoors with generations of youth and adults. He has also dedicated several decades of service to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 469, the Friends of Killarney Park, the Elmira Jaycees, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival.
