John Harrison has been an active member of the Georgetown Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion for over 50 years, serving on the Executive as president, service officer and cadet liaison officer. He also volunteered with the Warriors Day Council at the Canadian National Exhibition for 30 years and at the annual Georgetown Agricultural Fall Fair.
