A full-time volunteer driver with the Palliative Home-Care Society of Greater Montreal since 2001, Claude Bertin has been helping patients with terminal illnesses who wish to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. A person of great discretion and humility, he drives patients to medical appointments and stays with them throughout their treatments to offer comfort and support.
