Robert Fraser has shared his knowledge and passion for history with the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders of Canada Regiment since the 1980s. As the regimental historian and chief of the officers mess, he restored the water-damaged museum, chronicled the regiment’s engagement in both world wars, and ensured that the unique history of the regiment would be preserved.
