Ken Donovan has been a long-time and tireless champion of the history and culture of Cape Breton Island and Sydney, Nova Scotia. A volunteer with the Old Sydney Society since 1979, he has contributed thousands of volunteer hours to the organization, and shares his knowledge with local students.
