A successful entrepreneur, he is a kind and generous man who has chosen to quietly support numerous organizations related to education, health care and the arts. He has been a benefactor to St. Michael's Hospital, the Art Gallery of Ontario and Windsor University and has provided offices and a residence for the Wellspring Centre, a facility which offers supportive care for cancer patients. In addition, he continues to support his hometown of Tilbury through his donations to local organizations.
