This secular priest from Nova Scotia has devoted more than thirty years to the cause of Acadian history. His untiring work and scholarly research in history and genealogy have given rise to various authoritative publications, the most famous of which is his Histoire du Cap-Sable. He has also made a distinguished contribution through his activities within a large number of historical societies.
