This proud Acadian living in Alberta works tirelessly to promote the Canadian Francophonie. He is the founder and administrator of several Francophone, Acadian and philanthropic associations, including the Société éducative de l'Alberta, which encourages Franco-Albertans to focus on the Francophone job market. The major achievement of this unconditional devotee of Acadia was undoubtedly his founding and presidency of the Acadian World Congress, selected by UNESCO as an activity of the World Decade for Cultural Development.
