Inspiring others with his selfless actions, he has distinguished himself through his many volunteer and fundraising activities. A dedicated leader, he has helped to raise funds and to establish several research chairs at the University of Toronto and the University Health Network. A strong supporter of the Canadian Jewish community, he has been President of the United Israel Appeal of Canada and is a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital. SportSmart Canada and Think First Canada have also benefited from his wisdom and commitment.
