He was Chancellor of the University of Winnipeg for four consecutive terms. Chairman and Director of a large insurance company, he has also provided leadership for a variety of important national and community organizations. The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Winnipeg Art Gallery and the Winnipeg United Way have all benefited from his commitment.
