For more than thirty years, he has done what was once thought impossible - he taught skiing to persons with mobility impairments. He began with one student at his ski school in Sunshine Village and went on to found the Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing. This organization has helped more than 2,000 people improve their quality of life. Students with disabilities can now enjoy this exhilarating activity while building confidence and self-esteem.
