An extraordinary volunteer for the Chinese community in Winnipeg, he lent his enthusiasm and leadership to revitalize the city's Chinatown into an exciting and vibrant area. An avid supporter of the performing arts and member of the Folk Arts Council, he has also assisted in Folklorama - a festival of nations which showcases culture, art, music and food from around the world.
