For more than twenty-five years, he has assisted children and adults living with mental and physical handicaps. His legal expertise has advanced the rights of people with disabilities and he has donated hundreds of hours of free legal service to help combat discrimination. The author of numerous books and articles, this Manitoban has also served on many task forces offering his knowledge and advice on disabilities to various government departments.
