Ann McCaig's tireless efforts have worked miracles, one teenager at a time. Volunteer chair and the driving force behind the Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre (AARC), a not-for-profit long-term treatment program for chemically dependent adolescents, she has enabled the agency to flourish and become a beacon of hope for young addicts and their families. As Chancellor of the University of Calgary, she led the successful "Delivering Results" fundraising campaign. Notwithstanding the demands of a busy career, she has an impressive record of sustained community service and philanthropy in support of numerous organizations.
