The former president of the Royal Canadian College of Organists, he has been recognized as a brilliant organist whose compositions of both sacred and secular music are performed throughout Canada, the United States and Great Britain. As a composer, conductor, teacher and performer he has always promoted Canadian music and has been a source of encouragement and inspiration to Canadian musicians.
