Known for his great generosity, this business leader is a driving force behind fund-raising campaigns for many institutions including McGill University and The Montreal Neurological Institute. He has received numerous appointments and honours for contributions to the accounting profession, and he has represented his Canadian colleagues on the Council of the International Federation of Accountants. He also served as senior advisor to Auditors General of Canada and, at the request of the Minister of State for Finance, to the Office of the Inspector General of Banks.
