He is a model prairie farmer who has involved himself in all aspects of rural life, from councillor and reeve to agricultural fair judge to long-time member of the Saskatchewan Municipal Hail Association. Always concerned for the welfare of his fellow citizens, particularly youth, he recently turned his attention to the needs of seniors as director of the Assiniboia Pioneer Lodge.
