A model of voluntarism, she has dedicated herself to a broad spectrum of public causes, most notably Science World in Vancouver, which was completed successfully thanks to her leadership of the fund-raising effort. Her talent and energy have benefited a wide variety of organizations and initiatives, including the Junior League, the Capital Campaign for the B.C. Cancer Agency, and the United Way's Volunteer Leadership Development Program.
