He has used careful planning and innovative thinking to build one of North America's largest frozen-food conglomerates, featuring Canadian produce. Under his leadership, the company has converted barren clear-cut timberlands into thriving, blueberry-laden acreage. Year-round employment for many in Eastern Canada has been secured by his implementation of a radical diversification plan and by his creation of a worldwide sales and distribution network.
