For more than thirty-five years, this dedicated professor and researcher has contributed to the advancement of agricultural economics and policy in Manitoba. He played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a crop insurance program that now serves as a model for other provinces. He continues to advise students, farmers and policy makers on a wide range of agricultural matters.
