This legal scholar has applied his abilities to a broad range of public service activities in the fields of human rights, judicial administration and law enforcement. In addition, he has been extremely active in amateur sports, coaching minor hockey teams for many years. He has helped to develop competitive hockey for girls and women in the Ottawa area and is a member of the Ontario Women's Hockey Association Board of Regents.
