This pioneer in environmental engineering and former President of the "Association québécoise des techniques de l'eau" is Chairman of the Board of "Groupe SNC" of Montréal, where he promotes advanced technolegy within the Canadian economy. Former President of the Canadian Export Association, he is also interested in the export of Canadian engineering services to the Third World.
