Associate Artistic Director of the Royal Winnigeg Ballet, he was the driving force behind the establishment of the Professional Programme Division of the company, a well-respected training programme that attracts students from around the world. He has recruited some of the best instructors from abroad and, as a teacher, coach and rehearsal director, continues to encourage the development of Canadian dancers.
