For over 30 years he has devoted all his energy to Laval University and has been involved in all stages of its development. Aware of society's changing needs, he has always shown genuine concern for the well-being of students and staff. An enlightened administrator and one of Quebec's great clerics, he has played an important role in the Laval University Foundation and the extraordinary success of its last fund-raising campaign.
