Proud of his Atlantic roots, this retired Moncton businessman and Chancellor Emeritus of Dalhousie University continues to work tirelessly to improve the quality of life of all citizens. His integrity, influence and business acumen have enabled him to act as a catalyst to ensure the success of a wide range of projects. He has assisted numerous community organizations with their fundraising campaigns. In particular, as Honorary Campaign Chairman, he has been the driving force behind the YMCA of Greater Moncton's financial success. In addition, the 1999 Sommet de la Francophonie, hosted by New Brunswick, greatly benefited from his skills and dedication. This is a promotion within the Order.
