Carolle Brabant has worked tirelessly to advance Canada’s film industry for three decades. She capably rose through the ranks of Telefilm Canada, becoming the first employee and the first woman appointed as executive director. Through her innovative approach at the helm of the organization, she has enhanced support for emerging filmmakers, promoted Indigenous artists and raised the bar on gender parity in project funding.
