An indefatigable worker, she has played a major role in the creation of a number of charitable organizations in the Québec City area. A founding member of "S.O.S. Grossesse" and Big Brothers, founder and first Director of the "Centre de Bénévolat de Québec inc.", she has made a major contribution to, among other groups, the "Maison Michel Sarrazin", a hospice for terminally-ill cancer patients, of which she is member of the management committee and chairperson of the volunteer committee.
