This founding director of the Compagnons de Saint-Laurent theatre company has played a major role in the resurgence of French-Canadian arts. It is to him that many of our stage artists over the past three decades owe their "emergence". Father Legault has also exerted tremendous influence over a wide audience as the TV and radio host of dynamic and profoundly human religious programs.
