While President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadillac Fairview Corporation, he implemented strategies and introduced new financing arrangements which secured the company's place as a market leader. Later, as a Director of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, he guided CDIC's attempts to re-vitalize its Real Estate Advisory Panel. Through his foundation, he supports a myriad of organizations including the Canadian Opera Company and Mount Sinai Hospital, demonstrating his understanding of the great responsibility that accompanies good fortune.
