Chairman of a brokerage and financial management firm and a director of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada, Tom Caldwell is an exceptional role model for the business community. He is chair of the King-Bay Chaplaincy, a non-denominational Christian ministry that provides meals, clothes and other assistance to street people. Convinced that developing the full potential of young people is a wise investment, he became a founder of All-Aboard Youth Ventures, a project that teaches practical job skills to help "at risk" youth achieve financial independence through employment. He is also a generous supporter of the Canadian War Museum's "Passing the Torch" campaign.
