Harvey Secter is renowned for his community engagement. Following an illustrious career in business, law and academia, he served as chancellor of the University of Manitoba for nearly a decade. Consistently inspiring participation and generosity in others through his leadership on multiple boards and campaigns, he served as honorary chair of the university’s capital campaign, the largest in the province’s history. He continues to contribute his time, expertise and personal resources to numerous non-profit and community organizations serving the people of Manitoba.
