Pamela Minns has been a vigilant guardian of Niagara’s built heritage. A leading force of the Heritage Thorold Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee, she advocated for and spearheaded projects and policy changes that were instrumental in the revitalization and preservation of numerous local historic sites and buildings. As a result of her hands-on involvement, the City of Thorold was awarded the prestigious Prince of Wales Prize for Municipal Heritage Leadership, cementing her legacy for decades to come.
