Technically enthralling. Theatrically engaging. He is equally masterful interpreting contemporary and classical roles, bringing to them his own intensely dramatic style. The principal dancer of the National Ballet of Canada for more than ten years, he has performed internationally, often in original roles he has created, and is the preferred dancing partner of many of the world's leading ballerinas. He gives generously of his time to a number of charitable causes and has appeared annually for the past decade in the Dancers for Life AIDS benefit.
