Known by many as the Canadian Football League’s guardian angel, David Braley has significantly influenced the CFL’s growth and success over the last three decades as an owner, chair and interim commissioner. Leveraging his own successes to benefit his community, the former senator and long-standing president of a leading auto parts manufacturer has generously supported medical and athletic programs at McMaster University, as well as a spectrum of health and arts institutions that have named establishments in his honour.
