Former President of the Manitoba and Canadian Bar Association and former member of the Independent Committee for the Review of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada the report of which is considered a landmark study in Canada and abroad, this Winnipegger has also played a leading role in rehabilitation organizations. A past President of the Society for Crippled Children and Adults of Manitoba, he was the first President of the Canadian Rehabilitation Council for the Disabled.
