For his thirty years of public service, first in the government of Canada and since 1958 as Clerk of the Executive Council of Manitoba. He has served on a great many committees, provincial and interprovincial, and his work with organizations in Winnipeg has included the chairmanship of the Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation.
