Professor Emeritus of Surgical Neurology and former Dean of Medicine at Queen's University. In the course of a long and distinguished career as medical educator he has worked for the improvement of health care in federal penitentiaries. In addition, he has made a major contribution to the control of livestock and poultry diseases in Ontario.
