Metallurgical engineer from Toronto, who has held important posts in the public and private sectors at home and abroad. He has represented Canada at United Nations conferences and has been international president of the Pacific Basin Economic Council. He is currently head of a consulting firm in Toronto, and chairman of the industry advisory committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation.
