President, editor and managing director of Le Nouvelliste, a Trois-Rivières daily. In addition to his diverse journalism career, he has worked for 30 years on behalf of the Scout Movement. In recognition of his exceptional record of service to the Association des Scouts du Canada, which he directed at the national and then international level from 1960 to 1977.
