Despite his blindness, this former Vice-President of the Association culturelle des aveugles du Québec and co-founder of the Regroupement des aveugles et amblyopes du Québec created and is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Magnétothèque de Montréal, which provides cassette recordings of books free of charge to visually disabled francophones across the country.
