Former teacher with the Manitoba Public School System and now Chancellor Emeritus of the University of Alberta, this Edmonton resident is a highly respected educator, businesswoman and active participant in community affairs. Her work within such organizations as the Alberta Human Rights Commission, the Jaycees and various educational and religious associations, boards and groups has earned her numerous honours, including the Alberta Achievement Award.
