Member of the Sisters of Charity of Montreal. She did a great deal to introduce French-speaking nurses to higher education. In her efforts on behalf of professional organizations, she has made her presence felt not only outside Quebec but outside Canada as well. She was also Mother Superior of her congregation from 1973 to 1981.
