Known as "Mr. Music" in Regina, this violinist and conductor has made a significant contribution to the educational and cultural life of Saskatchewan. Professor and Director of the Regina Conservatory of Music since 1955, he is responsible for the establishment of the Department of Music and Drama at the University of Regina.
