Mayor of the city of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. A dietician by profession, she has worked for some 20 years with a number of professional and volunteer associations, including the Canadian Dietetic Association, the Consumers' Association of Canada, the Red Cross and the Guides Catholiques du Canada.
