Janine Lachance has been known for more than 40 years as an exceptional pianist/coach and accompanist. Possessed of remarkable technique, musical finesse and vast knowledge of the opera repertoire, she has collaborated with internationally renowned conductors and vocal artists. At the Conservatoire de musique du Québec in Montreal, she spent many years as the official rehearsal pianist for top French and Italian opera classes. She continues to inspire and encourage young talent by giving private voice lessons and is still sought after as a musician.
