Kevin Lynch has made significant contributions to public policy in Canada. As the deputy minister of the departments of Industry and of Finance, he promoted economic development, tax policy and innovation. His commitment to the modernization of the public service was a hallmark of his time as clerk of the Privy Council. Now retired, he continues to build partnerships and encourage innovation among governmental, business, academic and not-for-profit communities.
