Initiator of British Columbia’s Choice in Supports for Independent Living, and co-founder of the Individualized Funding Resource Centre Society, he is a steadfast advocate for the removal of systemic barriers and the implementation of progressive policies. He is also a celebrated five-time boccia Paralympian.
