Sean Riley has made influential contributions to Canada as an academic, business and community leader. President and vice-chancellor of St. Francis Xavier University, he has spearheaded the school's revitalization by enhancing academic programs, funding campus renewal, and promoting The Coady International Institute, a world-renowned centre for community-based development. Engaged and sought-after as a mentor, he has served with such organizations as the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation, the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation and Canada World Youth.
